With a goal of making your members’ financial lives better, every person in the credit union, regardless of position, has the responsibility to offer products and services that do just that. Although, it may not be your “job” to sell, it is your responsibility to discuss and offer products that will make help your member. Referral Sales Champion teaches your team members how to identify product and service needs and the most efficient way to do so.
Who should attend?
Any credit union employee in transactional positions who have the responsibility to refer products and services to members but do not have the ability to open accounts.
